Have you wanted to purchase meat in bulk but freezer space is an issue, or you just like knowing that your meat is as fresh as it possible can be? Dan and I think we've come up with an answer. We'll supply the freezer space through our Meat Subscription.

We realize that not all of you are able to make it to the Farmers' Market, and feel that it might be inconvenient for me to drop an order off during the year. So in an effort to better serve you and help us with our yearly planning we are creating what is commonly referred to as a CSA. Which stands for Community Supported Agriculture.

How ours works

Every other week Meat bundles will be available for pick up at different locations. The bundles will include both Beef and Pork in them unless specified otherwise. The Cuts in the bundles will include any of the cuts we offer except the unique items (bones, organs) and jerky.  Of course the option to purchase additional items will always be available at pick up. Recipes for the cuts are also available for those interested! The bundles will ultimately be half ground products, slow cook products and half will be higher end cuts, by averaging you will certainly get your money's worth.  A special bonus to all of this is that like our bulk packages we allow you to let us know if there are items that you really would rather not receive, plus for the Holidays you can use part of your bundle towards holiday meals, serve Prime Rib or Ham!  Specify the number of people dining at your home and your bundles will be appropriately packaged for you. But most of all we want you to enjoy the Quality and Consistency of cuts, along with our Service to you.
